Our purpose is to ensure that all levels of personnel working in Title X service projects in PHS Region V (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin) have the skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for the effective and efficient delivery of high quality family planning services.

The training and technical assistance provided through this project will focus on job-specific skill development for personnel working in Title X funded programs with an outcome of promoting and improving the delivery of the family planning services.
